If a returned item fails to meet our stated terms and conditions, a minimum 25% restocking fee will be applied. We reserve the right to deny refunds entirely under the following circumstances: evidence of bodily fluids, skin cells, or biological matter on the product; detectable odors including but not limited to sweat, perfume, or cleaning solutions; visible wear, scratches, or damage to the mat surface; any indication of pet contact including but not limited to fur, hair, claw marks, bite impressions, scratches consistent with animal use, pet stains, pet dander, or exposure to pet-related cleaning products – this policy applies to all animals including but not limited to dogs, cats, birds, and other domestic pets, as these can trigger severe allergic reactions in future users and compromise the mat's structural integrity; storage or use in unsanitary conditions; exposure to extreme temperatures or direct sunlight resulting in material degradation; improper cleaning methods that compromise the mat's integrity; or any other condition that renders the product unsuitable for resale according to our quality and safety standards. Additionally, returns showing signs of commercial or group use rather than individual personal use may be rejected. ALIGN Mat prioritizes customer and product safety, and these policies are strictly enforced to maintain our high standards of hygiene and product integrity.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, that way if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, we can evaluate the issue and correct it as soon as possible.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, if the refund was approved and/or if any damage was documented. If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method. If your original payment method presents an issue, we will contact you accordingly.
Please allow up to 30 days from the date of your refund approval to receive your refund. Remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. You will get a notification from our system or our Support Team with the progress of your refund.
