3. If using a cover, spread it evenly across the mat's surface.
4. Do NOT pile blankets or pillows on one specific area. This allows for the temperature sensors to accurately gauage your mat's temperature and prevent any potential overheating issues.
You do not need to sleep on your mat to get optimal results. If you do choose to sleep with your mat, for ideal sleep quality, your body needs to be comfortable. To get into deep rejuvenating REM sleep, the body needs to be to cool. For this reason, we do not recommend sleeping overnight with the heat function on.
